Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All sales and service agreements with Black Forest Solutions FZ-LLC are final. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency mining and the associated infrastructure costs, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed.
2. Hosting Services

Setup & Activation Fees: Any fees paid for miner setup, activation, or installation are non-refundable.

Ongoing Hosting Fees: Prepaid hosting fees are non-refundable. If you choose to discontinue your hosting service, no partial refunds will be issued.

Service Interruptions: While we strive to maintain maximum uptime, we are not responsible for external factors (such as network failures, market conditions, or regulatory changes) that may impact mining profitability.
3. Miner Sales & Deposits

Pre-Orders & Deposits: Payments made for miner pre-orders or reservations are non-refundable unless the order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances on our end.

Hardware Sales: All miner sales are final. Once a miner is delivered or deployed in our hosting facility, it cannot be returned or refunded.
